Founder and principal of ALOWAISI GLOBAL — Refined Oil Products Trading Est., established in Dubai under Commercial Licence No. 1638253. Under his direction, the firm operates as a disciplined, compliance-first trading desk across diesel, jet fuel, gasoline, LPG, bitumen, base oils and petrochemical feedstocks.
He oversees counterparty relationships with regional refineries, shipping partners at Fujairah and Jebel Ali, and institutional buyers worldwide — upholding rigorous KYC/AML standards and consistent delivery performance on every parcel.

Daniel Dubinsky
Daniel Dubinsky is a global business executive with more than 20 years of experience leading companies through strategic growth, operational development, and international business expansion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and his expertise spans the oil and gas sector as well as multiple industries, where he has built sales organizations, developed operational infrastructure, established global partnerships, and scaled businesses from startup through multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
Within the energy sector, Daniel specializes in global fuel procurement, supply chain development, and international commodity trading. He has cultivated an extensive network of relationships with refineries, major energy companies, commodity traders, logistics providers, and financial institutions, enabling organizations to source and deliver refined petroleum products and crude oil across international markets.
As a strategic operator, Daniel has advised and helped build organizations by creating procurement and sales divisions, establishing trading platforms, developing commercial strategies, negotiating international partnerships, and implementing scalable operational systems. As Executive Chairman and Managing Partner, he brings a results-driven leadership style focused on operational excellence, strategic execution, and long-term value creation — aligning people, processes, and global relationships to build organizations capable of competing successfully on an international scale.

Brian Selematsela Phosa is a business executive focused on international trade, strategic business development, and the establishment of cross-border commercial partnerships. His work is primarily concentrated across the energy, refined petroleum, petrochemical, industrial commodity, and natural resources sectors, with commercial activities connecting suppliers, buyers, financial institutions, and strategic partners across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and other international markets.
His areas of business focus include refined petroleum products such as EN590 and Jet A-1, petrochemicals, fertilizers and industrial chemicals, sulphur, and mineral commodities including copper and other base metals. Operating from the United Arab Emirates, Brian focuses on developing structured international transactions involving commodity procurement, supply agreements, trade finance, logistics, counterparty due diligence, and long-term offtake relationships.
